Practice Manager | Vetwest Ballajura | Full-Time
Lead a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

At Vetwest Ballajura, we're not just looking for someone to manage a clinic. We're looking for someone who can bring people together, create a positive team environment, and help our vets, nurses, and reception team do their best work every day.

We're a close-knit clinic with a loyal client base, a great team culture, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to pets and the people who love them.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look the same.
One minute you might be helping a team member solve a problem, the next you're chatting with clients, improving a process that's frustrating everyone, or finding new ways to help the clinic grow.

You'll spend time both on shift and off shift working on the business, supporting the team, improving workflows, keeping things running smoothly, and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated.

If you're a qualified Veterinary Nurse, there's also the opportunity to stay involved clinically. If not, you'll still play an important role supporting reception and helping deliver outstanding client experience.

While you'll be leading the clinic, you'll have plenty of support around you. You'll be part of a network of experienced Practice Managers across WA who regularly share ideas, offer advice, and help each other navigate the challenges and celebrate wins that come with the role.

We're Looking For Someone Who
• Loves working with people and bringing out the best in a team
• Leads with empathy, positivity, and accountability
• Enjoys finding practical solutions and improving the way things are done
• Understands that great client and patient care start with a happy, engaged team
• Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Wants to make a genuine difference in their workplace

Veterinary experience is helpful, but strong leadership skills and the right attitude are even more important.

A Few Things We Think You'll Love
• A supportive and welcoming team culture
• Career development and leadership training opportunities
• Mentoring and support from other Practice Managers, Regional Manager and Veterinary Manager
• Paid parental leave and return-to-work support
• Mental health and wellbeing programs, including Sonder and EAP access
• Discounts on everyday shopping, travel, entertainment, and health insurance
• Benefits for your own pets
• A network of thousands of veterinary professionals across Australia and New Zealand

What Makes This Role Different?
It's the people.

You'll be joining a team that genuinely cares about one another, celebrates successes together, and supports each other through the challenging days. We work hard, have a laugh along the way, and are passionate about providing great care for our patients and clients.
As part of VetPartners, you'll also have access to support, development opportunities, and wider network that comes with being part of a larger veterinary community.

Interested?
If you're looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact on people, culture, and patient care, we'd love to have a conversation.
